£130.00

Want to be proactive about your health not just react when something feels “wrong”?
And actually fix the issues, not just get a set of results?

So many women live for years with fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, low mood, irregular cycles or poor sleep, only to be told their bloods are “normal” and nothing needs looking at further.

Our best-selling Women’s Full Health Check goes far beyond standard GP testing. We don’t just look at one marker in isolation we assess the full picture, including sex hormones, thyroid function, vitamin and mineral status, blood-sugar regulation, Cortisol, Inflammation and early cardiovascular risk markers that are often missed or never tested together.

But the difference is this: we don’t just hand you results and leave you to figure it out.

Every test is interpreted by our expert team, and you’re guided through what’s driving your symptoms, why they’re happening, and exactly what to do next. That means personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement support designed to actually correct imbalances not mask them.

I’ve done a few at home blood collections for hormone testing but none have been as easier as this, I opted for Tasso and it was quick, simple and completely painless. I received my results in just a few days with an in depth review and have now signed onto a 16 week programme to help rebalance my hormones couldn’t recommend this package enough.

The blood test process was quick and easy, from ordering the kit to getting my results. The best part is the detailed review and guidance you can receive afterward, so you’re not left to interpret the results alone. Great service, especially for the price. Highly recommend!

Your hormones regulate energy, mood, fertility, and body composition.
This profile looks at the full picture identifying imbalances between oestrogen, progesterone, and androgens that may be driving PMS, heavy periods, acne, or weight fluctuations.

Testing FSH and LH also helps assess ovarian and pituitary communication, while SHBG shows how well hormones are being transported.

Markers included: Oestradiol (E2), Progesterone, FSH, LH, Prolactin, SHBG, Testosterone.

The thyroid controls metabolism, energy, and temperature regulation.
Testing TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) alongside Free T4 (thyroxine) gives insight into how effectively your thyroid is producing hormones and how well the pituitary is regulating it.

Free T3 is the active thyroid hormone responsible for energy, metabolism and temperature regulation. It helps us understand how well your body is converting thyroid hormone into its usable form. GPs NEVER test this.

Subtle thyroid imbalances can impact weight loss, mood, and menstrual health long before standard medical ranges flag an issue.

C-reactive protein (CRP) is a sensitive marker of inflammation in the body.

Chronic low-grade inflammation can drive fatigue, hormonal imbalance, joint pain, and slow recovery.
High levels may also suggest an overactive immune response, gut dysbiosis, or stress-related inflammation.

Cortisol helps us understand your stress response and whether it’s impacting energy, sleep, and hormone balance.

Cortisol AM

Your kidneys filter waste and toxins from your blood, regulate blood pressure, and maintain fluid balance.
This profile checks how well your kidneys are functioning and whether dehydration, high protein intake, or inflammation are impacting filtration.

Markers included: Urea, Creatinine, eGFR (estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate).

Ferritin is one of the most important markers we assess because it reflects your stored iron levels, not just what is circulating in the blood.

Many people are told their iron is “normal,” but ferritin can still be low and this is where symptoms often come from.

Your lipid profile measures the fats circulating in your blood — including cholesterol and triglycerides.
While cholesterol is vital for hormone production and cell structure, an imbalance can increase cardiovascular risk.
We assess the ratio between HDL (“good”) and LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, along with total cholesterol and triglycerides, to identify whether your body is storing or using fats efficiently.

Markers included: Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Cholesterol/HDL ratio.

The liver plays a central role in hormone detoxification, metabolism, and nutrient storage.

This profile checks how well your liver is processing waste products, medications, and excess oestrogen — all of which can influence mood, bloating, skin, and energy.
Elevated markers can indicate inflammation, poor detoxification, or fatty liver.

Markers included: ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, Bilirubin, Albumin, Total Protein.

Protein status markers assess how well your body is absorbing, utilising, and maintaining protein for muscle repair, immune function, and overall recovery.

Markers: Protein-total, albumin, globulin-total, albumin-globulin ration

Prepare for your Comprehensive Women’s Health Panel by following these instructions:

  • Timing Take your sample between 6:00am and 10:00am, as this is when hormone levels are most stable.
  • Only take your test when you are feeling well and any short-term illness has completely settled
  • Avoid fatty foods for eight hours before your test, you do not need to fast. Stay well hydrated before your test.
  • Take your sample at least 24 hours after any vitamin or mineral supplements.
  • Do not take biotin supplements for two days before this test, discuss this with your doctor if it is prescribed.
  • Do not take vitamin B12 for two weeks prior to this test.
  • If your B12 is prescribed ask your doctor whether to stop.
  • Hormonal contraception can affect the results of this test. Taking a break from this and waiting for your periods to restart before your blood test will give more accurate results.
  • Day 2-5 or 21-24 of your cycle are the best recommended times to test for the hormone part of the test. If on birth control or no cycle you can test whenever suits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you order your test, your kit will be sent directly to your home. Inside the kit you’ll find everything you need to complete the test, along with clear instructions on how to collect your sample and return it to the laboratory.

After the lab receives your sample, results are typically ready within 2-10 working days depending on the test.

Once results are in, we will review them and arrange your practitioner call to go through everything with you.

The practitioner call is a one-to-one consultation with one of our health practitioners where we explain your results in detail.

During this call we will:

  • Explain what your results mean
  • Highlight anything that may be out of optimal range
  • Connect the results to any symptoms you’re experiencing
  • Discuss possible root causes

The goal of the call is to help you understand what is happening in your body and what steps can help improve it.

No, it isn’t a medical diagnosis or GP appointment.

Our practitioners specialise in functional health, nutrition and hormone health, meaning we focus on identifying underlying imbalances and supporting the body through targeted lifestyle, nutrition and supplementation strategies.

If your test requires a venous blood draw, we can arrange for a qualified nurse or phlebotomist to come directly to your home.

The nurse will:

  • Take your blood sample safely
  • Label the sample correctly
  • Prepare it for the lab
  • Ensure everything is sent off properly

The appointment usually takes 10–15 minutes and makes the process very convenient as you don’t need to travel to a clinic.

Most blood tests take 5–10 working days once the laboratory receives your sample.

Some specialist hormone or gut tests may take slightly longer due to the detailed analysis involved.

Many standard healthcare ranges are designed to detect disease, not optimal health.

Our practitioners look at functional and optimal ranges, which helps us understand why symptoms like fatigue, hormone issues, weight resistance or gut problems may still be happening even when results appear “normal”.

Yes. Many of our clients come to us after being told their tests were normal but they still feel unwell.

Our testing panels often include more markers and deeper analysis, which can reveal imbalances that standard tests may not investigate.

Some blood tests require fasting, while others do not.

If fasting is required, this will be clearly stated in your test instructions. Typically this means no food for 8–12 hours before the sample, but water is allowed.

In most cases you should avoid supplements the morning of your test unless otherwise instructed.

This helps ensure the results reflect your body’s baseline levels rather than the immediate effect of supplements.

Yes, but it’s important to let us know.

Some medications and hormonal contraception can influence certain markers, and your practitioner will take this into account when interpreting your results.

After your consultation you will receive:

  • Personalised recommendations
  • Nutrition guidance
  • Lifestyle support
  • Supplement suggestions if appropriate

If needed, we may also suggest follow-up testing or further support to help track improvements over time.

Our tests are designed to assess health markers and functional imbalances, but they are not intended to diagnose medical conditions.

If anything clinically concerning appears in your results, we may recommend discussing this further with your GP.
