These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of blood testing services provided by Re+Balance Ltd, registered at 21 Boyce Way, Cardiff, CF3 6AB, United Kingdom (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or using our testing services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Overview

Re+Balance Ltd provides blood testing for the purpose of assessing hormone, metabolic, thyroid, and general health markers.
We partner with Inuvi Laboratories and other accredited UK labs to process your sample and deliver results.
Our tests are designed for informational and educational purposes only. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Tests are purchased through our website or directly via invoice and processed securely using Stripe.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive instructions for completing your test and sending your sample to the laboratory.

3. Sample Collection

• All test kits are for personal use only and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for collecting and returning your sample following the instructions provided.
• Samples that are damaged, delayed, or incorrectly collected may not produce valid results. Replacements may incur a fee if the error occurred during collection or postage.
• Re+Balance Ltd is not liable for lost or delayed samples once handed to the postal service or courier.

4. Laboratory Processing and Results

• All analyses are carried out by Inuvi Laboratories, which are UKAS-accredited.
• Results are typically available within 3–10 working days after the lab receives your sample.
• You will receive results securely via email or through our coaching platform
• All results are reviewed by our team, and you may be offered an optional consultation to interpret your findings.

5. Use of Results

• Test results are intended to provide insights into your health and wellbeing but do not constitute medical advice.
• Always consult your GP or specialist for diagnosis, treatment, or medical interpretation.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on your results or associated recommendations.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• By purchasing any testing service from RE+BALANCE Health, you acknowledge and agree that our products are specialist health-related diagnostic testing services involving laboratory processing, medical-grade testing materials and personalised fulfilment.

  Due to the nature of these products and services:

  • Testing kits cannot be re-used, re-sold or returned once dispatched
  • Laboratory and operational costs are incurred immediately upon order confirmation
  • Orders involve third-party laboratory allocation, personalised preparation and fulfilment processes

  Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancellation rights may not apply to sealed goods or personalised services related to health protection and hygiene once supplied.

  As a result, once a testing kit has been dispatched, orders become non-refundable.

  This policy exists due to:

  • hygiene and contamination regulations
  • medical and laboratory compliance requirements
  • personalised diagnostic processing
  • third-party laboratory costs incurred by the business

  Customers are encouraged to ensure they are happy to proceed before completing their purchase.

  By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms prior to checkout.

7. Data Protection

All personal and health data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
Your information may be shared securely with Inuvi Laboratories and other necessary partners solely for the purpose of conducting your test.

8. Limitation of Liability

Re+Balance Ltd is not responsible for:

• Postal or courier delays outside our control.
• Errors caused by incorrect sample collection.
• Misinterpretation or misuse of test results.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the test.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, test guides, and resources provided by Re+Balance Ltd are the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
