My sleep habits are improved with less tossing and turning and sleeping thru the night excepting the nightly trip to the toilet. I awake rested and eager to start the day.

These lozenges, taken three times a day, taste really good. They are not too herbal tasting nor medicinal. They also give me added stamina during my day and the evening lozenge definitely helps me go to sleep more quickly and then to relax and sleep more deeply. It took me a while to remember to take them three times a day, but once I set my alarm, I have no problem remembering. I enjoy the ritual of taking these and the benefits as well.

All is well, but too early to see where I’m going to end up with my process. Taking the lozenges daily as directed and expected…. in order to get back to where I was at one time. No telling how long I was actually not imbalance due to cortisol or gut issues, etc.. I’m addressing everything so I have all bases covered. I’m thankful for the product and the science behind it. I was going through an issue with some ed, my hormones were a little off. This helped ordered a second’s month and it started working fast so if it’s not working for you, you may have a bigger issue. Give it time be consistent if you miss a day it’s ok just start back again.

Did not expect such a big improvement in mood, energy and lowered anxiety - but definitely noticed a big change 3-4 weeks in. And the Bedtime lozenge is now a key part of getting a great night sleep every night. Also comes in handy on long flights... drops me into a solid sleep after about 15minutes!

This hot flash system comes with 3 really cool glass jars that are empty. And you get three separate packets of dissolvable tablets each for a different time of the day. You open up the packets and put each one into a different jar. The taste is okay. I definitely got results. The ashwagandha inside the tablets helped me to relax at the end of the night.
